International Foreign Language School (IFLS)
SWAPNA MAITI MEMORIAL INTERNATIONAL FOREIGN LANGUAGES & CULTURAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE is also known as International Foreign Language School (IFLS). IFLS is the dream endeavour of its mother organization, GOLDEN HORIZON FOR PEOPLE TRUST (GHPT). GHPT is a Non-Governmental Charitable Social Organization. The school started its journey on 20th August 2017 with five French language students. Its motto was “improving life with learning for earning.” The school introduced Spanish language courses on 1st June 2018 with six students. German language courses started on 13th October 2019 with enthusiastic student participation. Japanese language courses began in August 2022 with ten students enrolled. IFLS now offers French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Italian, and Chinese languages. The institute also provides Spoken English and IELTS preparation courses for students.
International Foreign Language School remains committed to excellence in language education and overall student success throughout its educational journey. Moreover, the institute guides students toward internationally recognized foreign language certifications and better career opportunities across different professional sectors. Additionally, IFLS supports rural, suburban, and economically weaker students through quality education and affordable language learning opportunities. Furthermore, students explore international cultures through films, seminars, and various cultural programs organized by the institute. Every year, IFLS organizes cultural seminars where students confidently perform on stage and showcase their language learning achievements. Besides that, the institute publishes its half-yearly magazine, “IFLINGUA,” encouraging students to research and write creative articles. Similarly, IFLS engages students in translation projects with reputed publication houses, developing practical professional language abilities. Finally, the institute operates a 24/7 job portal providing continuous foreign language-related career opportunities for students and alumni.
Our Mission & Vision
Swapna Maiti Memorial International Foreign Languages and Cultural Research Institute also known as International Foreign Language School is a unique endeavour from Golden Horizon for People Trust (Regn. No. IV-1501-00819/2016)
Since its birth (Estd. – 2017) the institute has been guiding the students to ensure an unconventional as well as confirmed career with lucrative job opportunities. We have been assuring them only to devote at least 300 Hrs. of their lives to learn a foreign language and to avail not only a huge job opportunity but also explore a different dimension in their approach which is very much needed in cracking any kind of job interview.
We also assure those who are not so-called meritorious or rather deprived in any way to nourish their career with proper educational background or financially backward or disgusted with year after year public Sector’s competitive exams (central/ State/ Banking sector) that if they may switch their effort wholeheartedly for at least once or last time then they would be able to establish themselves as a successful one.
By rendering a homely atmosphere and personalised counselling we prepare every student as a confident one to procure any type of job and overcome the everyday challenges. Flexibility in the learning process is one of our strengths by which our students from any background can make themselves solid enough to crack DIFFERENT CONSULATE CONDUCTED LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY LEVELS OF EXAMS.
Course Motive
The aim of our all cources is to prepare the students to sit for the different levels (A1/A2/B1/B2/C1/C2 of CEFR Structure & all the levels of asian languages ) of International Language Exams with spending the least time and money.
